Kalolsavam
Every time I see Kalolsavam happening now, I get reminded of our school days and all the beautiful memories we created together. Those days were never just about winning prizes or performing on stage — they were about the excitement, nervousness, laughter, and the bond we shared as a team. From endless practice sessions to rushing backstage before performances, every moment still feels so alive in my mind.
One memory I can never forget is the day our results were announced. The moment we heard that we had won first prize, we screamed with happiness like anything. We were jumping, shouting, and celebrating without even noticing the other participants around us. That was when our teachers came to us and gently told us not to celebrate loudly in front of others. At first, we didn’t really understand why, but later, we realized how important that lesson was. From then on, we learned to celebrate with humility and started congratulating the other participants too. Looking back now, I feel that Kalolsavam taught us much more than performances and competitions — it taught us respect, kindness, and values that stayed with us forever.
Another unforgettable part was the celebration after coming back to school with the prize. The whole school would be waiting for us with so much excitement. The band team would lead the celebration, and we would walk proudly along with all the students cheering for us. That feeling was truly something special — a moment of pure happiness, pride, and togetherness that can never be replaced.
What made those moments even more special was the love and support of our sisters and teachers. No matter how late the programs went, they stayed with us, encouraged us, and believed in us like proud parents. Even today, when people recognize me by my school name, it fills my heart with happiness and pride.
Being a Presentationite is not just an identity for me — it is an emotion, a memory, and a lifelong pride that I will always carry wherever I go.
